Fitbit

BRAND DESIGN

James Park, the company’s CEO and one of its founders, created the first Fitbit logo. The logotype consisted of two parts: a “diamond” made of dark grey (almost black) and teal dots and the wordmark next to it. One could notice an arrow created by the dark grey dots inside the “diamond”. The distinctive feature of the wordmark was that the dots above the letters “i” were given not in dark grey, like the letters themselves, but in teal. The original Fitbit logo and the current one feature a custom sans-serif lowercase type with attractive roundish letters. However, The new wordmark has thicker strokes, so it works better at small sizes. Fitbit, a prominent fitness technology brand, sports a modern and dynamic logo featuring the brand name in a sleek and custom font with curved edges that evoke a sense of movement and energy. Fitbit's marketing strategy centers around promoting an active and healthy lifestyle, emphasizing the benefits of tracking personal fitness goals, monitoring sleep quality, and encouraging overall well-being. Through targeted digital campaigns, social media engagement, and partnerships with fitness influencers, Fitbit positions itself as a trusted companion and motivator on the journey to improved health and wellness. .
